HypnoBirthing is a visualization technique that allows you to create a deep connection and bond with your baby. By using visualization to release worries, tensions and/or anxieties, you protect your baby from the effects of stress hormones and potential conscious or unconscious trauma. It is paradoxical to assume control of your pregnancy and childbirth while letting go to release the right birthing hormones. By preparing your mind (spirit) using key words, gentle touches, colors and/or smells, the mind can completely relax and allow the desired hormones to manifest. The feeling of control is present when you agree to let go!
