They do not replace healthcare professionals, but rather support you in confidently asserting your needs and desires. Our Support Services
Backup doula:
Guaranteed peace of mind
To guarantee constant presence and a high-quality service on the day of the birth, the addition of a backup doula is included in all our support contracts. Your primary doula will select a talented backup doula from our team, who will be available for the on-call period. This backup doula will be introduced during a prenatal consultation by videocall.
In the event that your primary doula is unexpectedly unavailable, the backup doula will be there for you. If labor exceeds 24 hours, the backup doula will step in, except during the transition phase. Your doula and her backup doula are in constant communication, ensuring that your journey is closely monitored. A group chat may be set up in the 37th week, including the parents, the doula, and her backup doula to facilitate communication.

Duo support:
Dual expertise, two doulas
Opting for dual support means benefiting from the combined expertise of two doulas who work hand in hand to offer you unparalleled support. You will have access to the experience and skills of two professionals, each bringing their own unique expertise to the table.
For parents, this ensures a strong bond with two caring individuals and access to additional resources throughout your whole journey.
For doulas, this way of working allows for optimal division of responsibilities, guaranteeing moments of downtime and a high-quality presence over time.
Just like with the backup doula, the duo support is in constant communication, and a group chat is set up as soon as the contract is signed to ensure smooth follow-up.
