HAVE YOUR HANDS FREE! Babywearing workshops are a valuable opportunity for parents to discover the many benefits and techniques of safely and comfortably carrying their baby. Our workshops are dedicated to providing parents with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry their baby ergonomically and safely. These workshops cover a variety of techniques, from woven wraps to structured baby carriers, adapted to the needs and preferences of each family. By mastering the basics of babywearing, parents strengthen the bond with their baby, support their physical and emotional development, while keeping their hands free for their daily activities. Led by experienced professionals, our workshops offer personalized support and answer all of the participants' questions. Babywearing is a natural continuation of your baby's in-utero well-being, offering him a smooth transition by finding his fetal position, snuggled against the warmth, smell, and heartbeat of his parent. It is a reassuring environment, where he can also perceive the familiar sounds of the heartbeat and the gurgling of digestion—what could be more comforting for your baby! There are a multitude of baby carriers and knotting techniques on the market. Our experienced instructors will be able to teach you babywearing techniques and guide you in choosing the tools adapted to the physiology of your body and that of your child. The workshop, lasting 1 hour and a half, allows you to explore different babywearing tools, which the trainer will make available to you for testing. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own baby carriers to discuss and deepen the different techniques. Babywearing workshop: private: 1 couple or 2 people at your home semi-private: 2 couples or 4 people at your home group: $40 per person or $50 for the couple (16 participants max.) organization: only offered for organizations (16 participants max.)
