I deeply believe that every birth deserves to be experienced with trust, gentleness, and respect. Beyond the birth of a baby, it is also the birth of a mother, a father, and a new family. It is a unique life transformation that deserves to be embraced with presence, compassion, and love.

First and foremost, I am the proud mother of two wonderful boys, ages 3 years and 10 months. Both of my births were natural. My first pregnancy came with significant challenges, including gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. These experiences taught me resilience and the importance of having the right support. With my second child, through personal growth, mindful preparation, and natural pain management techniques, I experienced a peaceful and empowering natural birth at a birth center. These two very different journeys allow me to truly understand that every pregnancy and birth story is unique.

I also breastfed both of my children. Through this journey, I came to understand the beauty of motherhood, but also the selflessness, sacrifice, vulnerability, and incredible strength it requires. I know the joy, the doubts, the sleepless nights, the emotional ups and downs, and above all, the unconditional love that comes with becoming a parent. This is why I welcome every family with deep empathy, without judgment, and with genuine respect for their unique story.

For more than 13 years, I have supported individuals, couples, and families as an NLP Coach, instructor, and helping professional. I also served as a Parenting Skills Project Coordinator, where I created the Super Dad initiative to promote and celebrate fatherhood, as well as the Family-School Partnership project, designed to strengthen collaboration between families and schools. These experiences reinforced my belief that when parents are supported, the entire family thrives.

I am deeply passionate about people, about life's meaningful transitions, and about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength. I love supporting families with authenticity, kindness, and an open heart. I truly believe there is no single "right" way to experience pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. My support always honors your choices, your values, your needs, your pace, and your wishes. What matters most is that you feel respected, empowered, and aligned with the decisions you make. My role is never to tell you what to do, but to provide information, reassurance, and compassionate support so you can confidently make the choices that are right for you.

As a doula, I offer natural pain management techniques, breathing exercises, relaxation methods, visualization, and emotional and mental preparation to help you experience pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with greater confidence and peace of mind. I believe every parent already holds the inner resources they need. My role is simply to help you recognize, strengthen, and trust those abilities.

I also believe in creating safe spaces for honest conversations and breaking the silence around pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, postpartum, mental health, and the realities of parenthood. Every emotion is welcome. Every choice deserves respect. Every family deserves to feel heard, supported, and valued.

My values are deeply rooted in kindness, authenticity, compassion, presence, trust, open-mindedness, respect, and unconditional love.

To me, being a doula is about much more than supporting a birth. It is about holding a safe and compassionate space where parents can release their fears, reconnect with their inner wisdom, embrace their strength, and move into this new chapter with confidence.

It would be an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you, supporting you with warmth, respect, and wholehearted care through one of life's most beautiful journeys.

Amy, MAB & Baby

We obtained the birth support services provided by Kimberley for the birth, as well as the prenatal classes, of our little girl, born in May 2023. We were looking for someone confident, knowledgeable and open to the different practices, which can be found both in the more "conventional" sphere, as well as the more "natural" or "alternative" ones surrounding pregnancy and birth. All our meetings together enlightened my partner and me regarding our various questions, and her presence at the birth was a great support, both for me and for my partner. We greatly appreciated Kimberley's great availability, impartiality & great respect for our choices, as well as her professionalism in her role as a birth support. We also plan to use her services again during my next pregnancy (if she is available ☺️)!

Charly and Laura

Kimberley has been a great help so far in the different stages of pregnancy. She was able to answer all our questions clearly and reassuringly. She really takes her time with us, she listens to each of our remarks and fears. She was able to find the words and phrases that motivated and cheered us up and we keep them in mind for the big day . With Kimberley it is not only the theoretical but also the emotional and psychological side of the whole pregnancy that is discussed during the exchanges. We felt comfortable asking her questions that we would not have dared to ask those around us or even a specialist with whom we do not have the time to build a bond of trust like with Kimberley. Thank you Kim for your listening and your unparalleled support !
